What is aerial drone photography?

What types of projects
do you typically work on?
We handle a wide range of aerial projects — from real estate marketing and construction progress updates to commercial property shoots, mapping, inspections, and even creative content.Whether it’s a small residential property or a large commercial site, we tailor each shoot to your goals.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and business checks. We also send invoices through QuickBooks, which makes it easy to pay securely online. If you’re a recurring client, we’re happy to set up monthly invoicing as well.
How do you plan for a shoot?
Every project starts with a conversation to understand your goals. From there, we assess the location, weather, flight restrictions, and lighting conditions. We’ll also coordinate with any on-site personnel to ensure the shoot goes smoothly and safely.
Where can I get my drone footage?
All deliverables are shared through a secure Dropbox link. It’s the most convenient way to deliver high-resolution photos and large video files without compromising quality. You’ll be able to view, download, and share your content easily.
Are you available on
weekends or holidays?
Yes, we offer flexible scheduling and can usually accommodate weekend or holiday shoots with a little advance notice.
Do you offer real estate
photo and video packages?
Yes. We offer flexible packages for agents, brokers, and property managers that include aerial photos, walk-through videos, highlight reels, and more. If you need MLS-ready content or a full branding video, we’ve got options that fit all listing types and budgets.
Legal faq
Do you need city permits for drone photography and videography?
Sometimes, depending on the location. We always follow FAA rules, and if we’re flying in controlled airspace or certain city zones, we may need to pull permits. We’ll handle that research and let you know if anything special is required.
Which certifications do you need
to be a drone pilot?
At minimum, you need the FAA Part 107 Certification to operate commercially. For specialized work like mapping or flying in restricted zones, additional clearances or training may be needed. We stay up to date on all requirements to ensure safe and legal flights.
What is a FAA Part 107 Certification?
It’s a certification issued by the FAA that allows drone pilots to operate commercially in the U.S. It means we’re trained in airspace regulations, weather, safety, and best practices, and fully legal to fly for business purposes.
are you insured?
Absolutely. We carry full commercial drone insurance, including liability coverage, to protect you and your property on every flight. We can provide a certificate of insurance upon request.

What drone do you use
for drone photography?
We use DJI drones like the top of the line Mavic series, and custom FPV setups for story-telling fly-throughs, depending on the project. These drones deliver crisp 4K+ video, clean stills, and rock-solid stabilization for professional-quality results.
Which file formats do you
support for deliverables?
Most videos are delivered in MP4 or MOV, and images in JPEG or DNG (RAW) for clients who want full editing flexibility. Let us know what you need and we’re happy to customize the format.
How long does it take to
process my drone footage?
Most projects are ready in 2–4 business days. Larger or more complex shoots may take a little longer, but we’ll always give you a clear timeline up front.
